Transfers - Terms & Conditions

  1. Please ensure that you provide accurate information regarding your flight arrival/departure time on your booking form or any changes are advised at least 7 days prior to initial transfer. Any late changes or errors may lead to a transfer supplement being charged.
  2. Snow and Trek Ltd and their representatives reserve the right to refuse to transport any person who is deemed to be under the influence of intoxicating substances and/or whose behavior is deemed to pose a threat to other passengers, the driver and the vehicle.
  3. No alcohol by law is to be taken into the vehicle with the intent of consuming it whilst traveling in the vehicle.
  4. Smoking is not permitted in the transfer vehicle.
  5. Your arrivals – All flights are monitored and if you have a delay we will Endeavour to accommodate this change. If you are aware of a delay please call Snow and Trek Ltd to inform them a.s.a.p. The driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign with the lead passengers name on. If you are delayed passport control or baggage collection areas please call Snow and Trek Ltd to inform them of your problem so we can advise the driver to wait. If you arrive and there is no one present please call Snow and trek Ltd as this is probably due to unforeseen weather or traffic delays.
  6. Your departure – On normal clear days the transfer time is 1hr 20min and you will be asked to depart the resort at least 3 hours before your flight departure time to allow for check-in restrictions. At weekends during peak season and in bad weather this may be increased to 4+ hours before your flight departure time. No refund can be given in the event that a client misses their flight.
  7. Snow and Trek will use every reasonable means to ensure that the vehicles arrives on time and reaches it’s destination on time, and will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of delay due to causes beyond our control. Examples below:
    • Accidents causing delay to the vehicle
    • Exceptionally bad weather conditions
    • Unforeseen road restrictions/access
    • Compliance with police requests
    • Vandalism and Terrorism
    • Unforeseen traffic delays
    • Industrial action by 3rd parties
    • Problems caused by other customers
    • Passenger safety issues
  8. Snow and Trek Ltd and any representative are a fully licensed and insured operator under French Law.
